Calcaneal Apophysitis

The orthosis for calcaneal apophysitis is designed to reduce pressure and tension on the posterior heel to improve the symptoms of calcaneal apophysitis.

The Calcaneal Apophysitis device has a milled polypropylene shell with the following prescription:

  • Heel cup – 20mm
  • Width – wide
  • Cast fill – minimum
  • Rearfoot post material – polypropylene
  • Rearfoot post motion – 0/0
  • Topcover – black EVA to toes
  • Special addition – heel pad
  • Heel lift – 3mm
