Our Team

Medical Consultants

Our Medical Consultants play a crucial role at ProLab Orthotics. The Consultants set high standards for the lab based on the latest medical research for effective orthotic therapy. They also consult with ProLab clients to help them with challenging cases to ensure the best clinical outcomes.

When you speak with our consultants, you are speaking with trusted colleagues who have a deep understanding of the role of biomechanics in surgical and nonsurgical podiatric treatments.  Our consultants are nationally known podiatrists with clinical and practice management expertise in addition to their roles as educators of biomechanics and orthotic therapy.

Larry Huppin, DPM - Medical Director

Dr. Huppin has been the Medical Director at ProLab since 2003. He has the same passion for biomechanics and orthotic therapy as the founder of ProLab, Dr. Paul Scherer. He splits his time between ProLab and seeing patients in his busy practice in Seattle. This gives Dr. Huppin a unique perspective as a clinician, researcher, and educator.

Client Services

At ProLab we don’t just want to be good, we strive to be the best. Our Client Services reflect the same high standards as our products.  We provide services far beyond those offered at other custom orthotic labs.

ProLab Client Service Representatives have advanced technical training and interface with all departments at the lab. They can quickly answer provider questions and find solutions to challenges. If you have a medical question, they will connect you with one of our DPM Medical Consultants.

With extended hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, our representatives are easy to reach by phone, fax, or email. If you have a question after hours, leave a message and a representative will contact you the next business day.
