Graphite Dress
The Graphite Functional device can be made as a dress device with a narrower profile. It provides greater control and surface contact with the foot than the Cobra. The Graphite Dress device fits into women's fashion shoes with a heel up to 1.5". To order a Graphite Dress device, select Graphite Functional in Part 1 of the Rx form, then select 8mm Heel Cup Depth and Narrow Orthotic Width in Part 3.
Holethotic Dress
The Holethotic, our most popular dress shoe orthosis, is a polypropylene device designed to control midtarsal joint motion. It is ideal for patients who wear low-to-moderate-heeled dress shoes (lower than 1.25"), including loafers. The Holethotic incorporates a hole-type post in the heel of the orthoses, allowing the foot to sit low while preventing "walk out" during propulsion.
Cobra Dress
Made from durable polypropylene, ProLab's Cobra orthoses are sculptured into a cobra-pad design. This flexible shape allows the device to fit in high-heeled shoes and provide gentle arch control. A nylene (nylon-covered neoprene) topcover helps minimize movement of the device in the shoe and provides cushioning.
