Polypropylene
ProLab helped to introduce polypropylene to the orthotic market. Polypropylene combines superior durability with flexibility. Varying thicknesses allow you to achieve a range of flexibility, from rigid to very flexible. ProLab offers two production methods for polypropylene orthoses: direct milling and vacuum forming.
Graphite
At 1.5 mm, this thin composite material consumes minimal volume in the shoe and provides a high degree of durability and strength. This material is ideal for men's and woman's dress shoes.
Plastazote®
Black Plastazote is a popular material for patients with diabetes or other insensate conditions. This lightweight, firm material is durable and easily modified. It is available in two rigidities: medium and firm.
