Custom Foot Orthoses - Made to Your Specifications

At ProLab, we take pride in producing a fully corrected custom product. As the practitioner, you make the decisions about the materials, castwork, and accommodations that are most appropriate for your patients' needs. You can either prescribe each component separately or choose one of our Pathology Specific Orthoses™ or Specialty devices.  

Choose from the following components to prescribe your custom orthoses:

    • Shell material

    • Sizing selections (heel cup depth, orthotic width)

    • Castwork corrections (cast fill, heel skive, inversion, intrinsic accommodations)

    • Rearfoot post (type, motion, material, bevel)

    • Topcover (material, length, thickness)

    • Forefoot extension (type, material, length, thickness, apertures, accommodations)

    • Special additions (heel lift, heel pad, horseshoe pad, metatarsal pad, neuroma pad, arch fill)
