Responsibilities of the Prolab Consultants:
1) Discuss a challenge case
2) Give a non-judgmental opinion on a biomechanical scenario
3) Keep abreast of current trends, technologies and ideas in the field of lower extremity biomechanics
4) Help practitioners problem-solve difficult orthotic prescriptions
5) Share ideas for orthotic adjustments that can be done in-office
6) Agree or disagree with a thought process behind orhotic/brace decision-making
7) Act as a liason between the practitioner and the production process
8) Make recommendations for all levels of orthotic production
9) Educate new or inexerienced or rusty practitioners in the basics of orthotic therapy
10) Help assimilate the medical and technical aspects of orthotic and brace therapy
